Returns and Refunds
Here at AMAZING we understand that it can be difficult buying adult products online. That’s why we are happy to take a return on any unused & unopened product within 2 weeks of delivery.
Returning your product is easy – simply contact customer service here and include in your message your order number and which product(s) you are looking to return. We will be in touch within one business day with a prepaid return label.
A note: if when we receive your product back it has clearly been used, a refund will not be issued. You will be given the option of either shipping it back at your expense, or we can destroy the item for you.
In Store Orders:
Our store locations offer a different shopping experience where you can talk to our knowledgeable sales associates, ask for products to be removed from packaging, and every battery is tested at checkout.
Because of this enhanced experience, we do not accept returns of merchandise purchased in store unless there is an extreme circumstance. If you think you may have such an issue, please go back to the store and speak with the staff there.
At this time, we cannot accept any returns through the website for purchases made at a physical store.
